Patum does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Certification does not constitute proof of copyright ownership but provides cryptographic evidence that a file existed at a certain time.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use Patum.

All content, branding, and software related to Patum are owned by Patum. Using our service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

Patum implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using Patum, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability, but Patum may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Patum at our discretion, especially in case of violation of these Terms.

Your files and transaction data may be processed and stored by these providers as part of the certification process.
Patum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
Patum is currently in MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage. Features may change, and some functionality may be experimental or subject to change without notice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Patum at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Patum after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement.
Patum may offer optional paid features or accept donations to support the service. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and Patum does not store your payment details. By making a payment or donation, you agree to the terms and policies of the respective payment providers.
These Terms are prepared in English. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and translations, the English version shall prevail.
